Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Eriol offers refunds and accepts subscription cancellations. It applies to all paid subscription plans purchased through Eriol or its merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial purchase or first renewal of any Eriol subscription plan, for any reason, by contacting info@eriol.io with your order details (account email and approximate purchase date). Refunds within this window are processed in full to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

This guarantee applies once per subscription term. Subsequent renewals after the first one do not reset the 7-day window.


3. After the 7-Day Window

After the 7-day window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing cycle, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction. We will, however, honor refunds in cases of:


4. How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active and you will retain access to paid features until that date. No further automatic renewals will occur. Cancellation by itself does not entitle you to a prorated refund of the unused portion of the current period; if you also want a refund, the 7-day rule above applies.


5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the 7-day money-back window described in Section 2 will apply from that moment.

Discounted or promotional plans are subject to the same refund and cancellation terms as standard plans, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.


6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@eriol.io so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated, in addition to any chargeback fees passed through by our merchant of record.


7. Merchant of Record

Subscription payments may be processed by a third-party merchant of record acting on behalf of Eriol. The merchant of record is the seller on your invoice and may be the entity refunding your payment. Refund timing and the original payment method requirement apply regardless of which merchant processed your transaction.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Refund requests are evaluated against the policy in force at the time of the relevant purchase.
